I'm not sure where this originated, but it's another one of my daughter Leah's good ones.  It's especially easy if you use the frozen bread dough.

For the crust use the recipe below and make it in a bread machine, or buy frozen bread dough at your local grocery, let it rise once, punch it down and use that.

Dough

1 cup water                                                               Take your dough and lightly oil the bottom and top.  Roll out

1 tbsp olive oil                                                            and put in the pan.  Turn under the edges for a high crust.

1/2 tsp salt                                                                  Toppings

1/2 tsp oregan & basil                                                 basil pesto (see vegan recipes for a good recipe), artichoke

1-1/2 cups whole wheat flour                                       hearts, smoked salmon, roasted garlic, fresh tomatos,

1-1/2 cups bread flour                                                 chevre cheese

1-1/2 tsp yeast

Spread layer of basil pesto. Layer artichoke hearts, smoked salmon and cloves of roasted garlic.  Bake 25-30 min. After 15 minutes, remove from oven and cover with sliced tomatoes and chevre cheese.  Pop back in oven and finish baking.
